The information we collect is used to improve the content of our Web page, used to customize the content and/or layout of our page for each individual visitor, and is collected each week by our webserver and provided to us in aggregate. Information is not shared with other organizations for commercial purposes.

We do not use cookies.

Address removal:
If you do not want to receive email from us in the future, please do not sign up for our mailing list. No emails are sent without opt-in.

Postal mailings:
If you supply us with your postal address online you may receive periodic mailings from us with information on new products and services or upcoming events. Privacy and Children Online
Swept Away Media and it’s respective sites, respects the privacy of children of all ages. We particularly recognizes the sensitivity of personal information concerning children under the age of 13 and therefore provides this special notice to parents and guardians.
This Site is not directed towards children under the age of 13. Swept Away Media is intent on complying with applicable laws and regulations regarding children, including the United States’ Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act. Specifically, Swept Away Media will not knowingly collect and maintain any personally identifiable information from children under 13. Parents are hereby put on notice that as a result of the foregoing, Swept Away Media does not provide a mechanism to obtain parental consent.
If you are a parent or guardian who has discovered that your child has submitted his or her personal information, Swept Away Media will make reasonable efforts to delete the information from its database, at your request. To request the deletion of your child’s information, please send an e-mail to sweptawaytv@bellsouth.net and be sure to include in your message the same member name and password that your child submitted.
As a side note, Swept Away Media believes that parents should supervise their children’s online activities and suggests that they consider using parental control tools such as that offered by Cyber Patrol and/or other software manufacturers that help provide a child-friendly online environment.
